This success convinced me to make a deep revision of Predict to make it more nd more useful to the Prevision needs of the Small nd Medium size Enterprise. WARNING !!! There is often confusion Between Business Plan nd Budget; Business Plan do not accept the level of analysis existing into nd Budget; Business Plan, for instance, show the Manufacturing Cost only in aggregate way, meanwhile Budget allow their analysis and Articulation until a level of real Industrial Accountancy. This is the only way to obtain the economic-financial vision of the foreseeable ongoing of the Enterprise nd, most important, it give the possibility to simulate all the possible corrective intervention to reach the goal. The Budget is an operative instrument, complex nd articulated, that can be compiled, whit Predict, in few hours of working concentration.To make Economic Previsions means to trace the route of own Enterprise, as it is done for a Ship; In reality today the Enterprise is like a Modern Submarine that MUST know in advance, other than the route in degree nd speed, also the deep in which navigate, that is assimilable to the Cash-Flow Prevision, that Predict allow to do contemporarily to the Profit&Loss.
